To increase awareness of marketing as a profession and a worthy career choice
To provide a central place for dissemination of new-thinking, research and theory – ‘knowledge swap’
To provide training, certification and skills development for African marketers
To provide marketing career development and recruitment opportunities across Africa
To become a central African hub for networking and discussion groups
To develop an AMC professional qualification as well as recognition of marketing excellence
To establish and publish a newsletter/magazine combining editorials from members of each country.
